Title

Interview with Marcel Grimard for the Queer Liberation Theory Project

Description

Marcel Grimard is a francophone queer. He critiques what have been termed respectable gays and their desire for normalizing conformity found within heteronormative couplings. Grimard cites the importance of intergenerationality within the Queer Movement, as young people bring in new perspectives, and elders bring their experience, money, and hard-won strategies on how to confront the establishment. Interview conducted on 15 October 2011 by A.J. Lowik.
