Gender Review: Volume 2, March 1982-February 1984
Susan Huxford took over editorship of Gender Review in 1982 and made some changes to the look and content of the newsletter. A notable change was the increase in FACT business such as reports from the executive director and local chapters. In issue number 2, Huxford presents a case complete with financial statements for changing the organizational structure of FACT. The issue includes a mail-in referendum ballot which proposes that Genderserve (a business registered in Huxford's name) be responsible for running FACT. The referendum succeeded.
Other highlights:
- a discussion of transpeople and employment (scans for no. 2 & 5)
- an article encouraging readers to psychologically prepare for surgery (no. 3)
- a description of the Gender Dysphoria Program in Palo Alto, CA (no. 4)
