Two letters from Rupert Raj to the Ontario Minister of Labor and to the Department of External Affairs concerning trans rights issues. The first letter to the Minister of Labor calls for the addition of gender to the Ontarion Human Rights Code. The second letter to the Department of External Affairs calls for them to allow transsexuals to change their gender markers on their passports.
