Description

Tim McCaskell is a self-described gay dinosaur. He was a member of the Body Politic Collective, the Public Action Committee after the Toronto bathhouse raids in the 1980s and was a founding member of AIDS Action Now. McCaskell has also been active with Queers Against Israeli Apartheid (QuAIA). McCaskell makes a distinction between equity and equality in doing liberation work. Interview conducted on 10 September 2011 by Dr. Nick Mulé.
