John Wilson has been involved in the Queer Liberation Movement since the 1970s and was at the first gay protest on Parliament Hill, a member of Toronto Gay Action, Gay Alliance Toward Equality, Gays and Lesbians Against the Right Everywhere, Kimetta Society, and other early gay rights groups. Wilson discusses why he and others took on such groundbreaking work. Interview conducted on 2 October 2011 by A.J. Lowik.
