The two trans service organizations he co-founded were Foundation for the Advancement of Canadian Transsexuals (FACT) (1978-1982) and Metamorphosis Medical Research Foundation (MMRF) (1983-1988), and the three counselling/consulting services were: Metamorphosis Counselling & Educational Services (1982-1983), Gender Worker/Gender Consultants (1988-1990) and RR Consulting (2001-2015).
