Description

Morgan Page is a trans feminist performance and video artist, and activist in Canada and the United States. Her activist and artistic work focuses on decriminalizing sex work and HIV, and she helped organize the No More Apologies’ Conference for queer, cis and trans women. Page views Queer Liberation as a bottom up politic and was involved in the 2008 street protests in the Homewood-Maitland neighbourhood in Toronto, against a harassment campaign targeting trans sex workers that was organized by residents. Interview conducted on 8 May 2013 by Dr. Nick Mulé.
